Due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict return conditions to ensure product authenticity and quality.

Maison De Parfum operates through its physical store locations:

• Maison De Parfum – Albi Mall, Veternik, Prishtinë
• Maison De Parfum – Prishtina Mall

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Protective cellophane/seal must be undamaged

  • Product must be in resalable condition

Any product that has been opened, tested, or used will not be accepted for return.

This rule is strictly enforced for hygiene and authenticity reasons.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened fragrances

  • Damaged packaging or removed seal

  • Used products

  • Personalized or special-order items

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

Approved returns may be brought to one of our stores:

• Albi Mall location
• Prishtina Mall location

4. REFUND METHOD

If the returned product meets all conditions:

  • Card payments → refunded to original card within 30 days

  • Cash on Delivery → refunded in-store

  • Optional → store credit via Shopify gift card

Maison reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong item was sent

In these cases, Maison covers return costs.

6. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Customers must notify Maison within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer:

  • Replacement product
    or

  • Full refund

Shipping costs will be covered by Maison.

7. INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned items are inspected.

Maison reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • Product is opened

  • Seal is broken

  • Packaging is damaged
