3. ORDERS

4. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Maison reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping is handled by Posta Express.

Kosovo:

  • €0–€99 → €2 shipping

  • €100+ → Free shipping

Albania & North Macedonia:

  • €0–€99 → €6

  • €100–€199 → €8

  • €200–€299 → €10
    Shipping increases by €2 for every additional €100 in order value.

Orders are typically processed within 48 working hours (excluding public holidays).

Maison is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unopened

  • Protective seal must be intact

  • Original packaging must be undamaged

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original bank card (if paid by card)

  • In-store for cash-on-delivery purchases

  • As store credit (optional)

Maison reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
