At Maison De Parfum, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping regions, rates, and delivery timelines.
Maison De Parfum operates through its physical store locations:
• Maison De Parfum – Albi Mall, Veternik, Prishtinë
• Maison De Parfum – Prishtina Mall, Prishtinë
1. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to:
• Republic of Kosovo
• Albania
• North Macedonia
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these countries.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Kosovo
• €0–€99 → €2 shipping fee
• €100 and above → Free shipping
Albania & North Macedonia
• €0–€99 → €6
• €100–€199 → €8
• €200–€299 → €10
Shipping increases by €2 for every additional €100 in order value.
All shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
3. SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via Posta Express.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
4. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 48 working hours after confirmation.
During promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Kosovo → 24–48 hours
• Albania → 3–4 business days
• North Macedonia → 3–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or regional conditions.
Maison De Parfum is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information (where available) to monitor your shipment.
If you require assistance regarding tracking, please contact us.
7. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to:

Recipient unavailable

Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to Maison De Parfum. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide order number and photos (if applicable)
We will investigate with the courier and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund.
